We proactively select projects that will grow our portfolio by unique commercialisation, capital expenditure change of use or improving the occupational mix through lease restructuring.
On occasion we are happy to work and collaborate in partnership with joint venture partners or investors on larger projects or strategic development schemes
We also offer investment to commercial & residential developers via our approved HMRC S.S.A.S on a fixed rate of return & first charge basis.
